For over four decades, Lorna has done something rare in the world of finance — she has combined the precision of a seasoned accountant with the vision of a true entrepreneur. As the CEO and Founder of Remote Tax Accounting, Inc., she has spent her career not just managing numbers, but using them to transform businesses — from the seed of an idea to a thriving, resilient organization.
Her academic foundation is exceptional. A Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University followed by a Master's in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University — two of the most respected institutions in the country. But it is what she did with that education over the next 45 years that truly sets her apart.
In 1980, Lorna founded Arnold Graphic Resources Inc. — building it from the ground up over nearly two decades through sheer tenacity, strategic thinking, and an unmatched grasp of business fundamentals. That experience — nearly 19 years of building, scaling, and eventually successfully exiting — gave her something no classroom could: the ability to see a business the way its owner sees it, and the wisdom to know exactly what it needs.
Today, as a Partner at BLD LLC in real estate development and the owner of Remote Tax Accounting, Lorna brings that same rare combination of financial mastery and entrepreneurial instinct to every client engagement. She is a business coach, startup specialist, marketing strategist, and tax expert — all in one. A member of NAAP since 2009 and DMA since 1995, her professional network is as deep as her expertise.

Mr. Shadle brings a rare depth of experience to every client engagement. Before joining RTA, Inc., he spent eight years in the Financial Services industry across New York, New Jersey, and Florida — developing the sharp analytical instincts that define his approach today.
His career includes distinguished service with the Small Business Administration, providing critical disaster relief loans to individuals and corporations in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center — work that deepened his commitment to helping people find solid ground in their most difficult moments.
A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a major in International Finance, Mr. Shadle brings a global perspective to domestic tax challenges. His focus is in Tax and Management Consulting — giving clients not just resolution, but a clear, confident path forward.
